Khobar is more relaxed than Riyadh and is not such a huge place. I lived in small towns or villages all my life and then I came to Riyadh - crazy or what?!

Sadly myself and the kids don't have an exit-reentry visa so we couldn't pop over the bridge to see what Bahrain is like or drive that bit further to Qatar. If I were fully covered - albeit not in an abaya, but jeans/long sleeved shirt, gloves etc - and travelling with my husband as pillion rider on a motorbike, would I be hassled by the police? Would it be deemed as haram to travel in such a way? We'd really love to do a tour of KSA, but not at the risk of being punished. Your opinion would be appreciated, shukran :-)Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06546956519928584352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9204219892383731772.post-27379123458090284112008-06-04T18:20:00.000+03:002008-06-04T18:20:00.000+03:00Assalaamu alalikum. How did you like Al-Khobar?
