Riyadh at night

bismillah

A couple of photographs of Riyadh by night.

This first photo is Tahlia Street (Champs Elysees of Riyadh!) which is just off Olaya Street.

The following photo shows The Faisalia tower which is on Olaya Street; it looks very pretty all lit up at night.

Wow! How does it look during Eid or National Day?

Over here, the hi-way is lit up with lights strung from light post to light post. And the pedestrian bridges too.

youngmuslimah: Yes I think Riyadh is pretty cool... I mean I much prefer it to Jeddah. Khobar is nice in it's own way though, I like it there. Riyadh is very fast moving.

l_oman: I guess Riyadh is pretty much like Muscat at Eid times then - it's nice masha'Allah.

Assalaamu alaikum,

khaleejia I came here expecting the worst so everything was a pleasant surprise really! There are things that frustrate me but that is more to do with people's behaviour than religion.
